What if I told you there was a reason for the chaos in your life? What if I told you that the very things that seem to be breaking you, hurting you, and tearing you apart are also the things that are molding you, shaping you and turning you into the very person God has called you to be?
When you are in a battle and feeling surrounded by chaos, sometimes it is God allowing “the enemy” to touch you, but only enough to where He can bring that fight out of you. In the end, you’ll realize that the fight was used to take you to the next level. You’ll see that the fight was necessary to pull out a strength in you that you never even knew existed.
This message, as well as the many other messages Sarah Jakes Roberts has preached, has blessed me in so many ways. My prayer is that one day, the chaos will all make sense, and that you’ll realize that as painful as it was, it was so needed and necessary to bring out the very best in you. Know that God will never allow the pain to occur if He didn’t want to fulfill His many promises in your life. There is life after the flood. No matter what disappointments you have faced, understand they were never bigger than your purpose. In fact, they are a part of it.
